Re: UKBA times changed?

I've just realised that the UKBA times now state that they aim to process 95% of settlement applications within 12 weeks and the remaining 5% within 24 weeks. If I'm not mistaken, it never used to state 12 weeks? I think it was abit longer last time i checked? but i might be totally mistaken. Anywa...

Re: 6 months and still waiting

I called to chase the status of my application as it's already 6 months and it's "still being processed" and there is no end date as to when this will finish being processed even though my MP wrote to complain about my case not being recorded on the Employer Checking Service! Very frustrating. Now ...

Re: WatchDog

Just to let you guys know I have just filled out the form on the watchdog website so I implore you all to do it if you want answers. Also what number are you all calling to get hold of the border agency? Perhaps our local MPs should be consulted as to what they think is the best way forward to get ...

Hi Shuklap, May I ask what did you write in you letter of expediting? Did you send along some other documents/proof supporting your request? Thanks No I did not provided any supporting documents. Dear Friend TIMING, Believe me there is no such EMAIL ID in existence which will force UKBA to prioritise your ILR application. It is just a HOAX. Dear AshMad, I thought about that since I could not find one based on internet. Thanks for sharing your thought, and wish all the people in waiting good...

Hi All, Just to add , I did send one letter on 09/01 requesting possible expediting. Not sure if that did the trick. Hi Shuklap, May I ask what did you write in you letter of expediting? Did you send along some other documents/proof supporting your request? Thanks No I did not provided any supporti...

My advice is not to freak out if the delay is so long. Many of us are in the same position! I suspect they have just not got round to looking at the applications! I doubt an email requesting an application be expedited will get you any where. The UKBA clearly feel untouchable and hide behind the po...

Re: Missing Documents with HO - Help!!!!!!

sometimes I wonder why OH/UKBA treat Foreigners like shit. I just can't get my head around it. they are quick to take money from your account but careless in dealing with with the application. Sent my application for ILR on set M on 21/11/2011 via next day recorded delivery; tracked documents to en...
