it totally depends upon your luck you can get it tomorrow or it can take months.so depends how desperate you are for passports you can ask HO for quick response but then there are more chances you will get refusal.

it is totally acceptable and you dont really need to sign CAR report but u can if u want to.

you can use the same accounts you used for ILR application. i hv done same my accelarate route app ws refused on same basis n AR was refused as well but i submitted the same documents n got extension application approved.

i bought the existing freehold business and they have accepted my investment.

if you reapply after refusal will you still allowed to work or not until ur get decision of new application.
