it totally depends upon your luck you can get it tomorrow or it can take months.so depends how desperate you are for passports you can ask HO for quick response but then there are more chances you will get refusal.

you can use the same accounts you used for ILR application. i hv done same my accelarate route app ws refused on same basis n AR was refused as well but i submitted the same documents n got extension application approved.

Don't assume that everyone who is on or posts on the forum is familiar with the Accelerated Route finer rule details. If you are applying for ILR, there is a specific forum for ILR questions.
