I am in the same boat. I am trading on Ebay as a Trader/Business Ebay account under my name. I am registered as Self Employed with HMRC. I have done a gross sale of £80,000. My net profit would be arround £35,000. I will be paying tax on me profit. Can i apply for tier1 to ILR visa as self employed....

I am self employed registered and pay my class 2 NI. I file my tax via my accountant to HMRC. How can i apply as employed? I am self employed.

Any advice? Why it is not straight forward case for a self employed? Can someone list the documents plzxz

I wonder why did they listed ILR in Non PBS while when you apply you do have to score points for age, earning, qualification. Or I am wrong :?

Its good to submit last 5 years p60 and salary slips and bank statements but Is it a must? Can one submit only 12 months Salary Slips, Bank Statements, Tax Returns, etc...? Just wondering because in my case due to jobless gaps, i don't want to give a negative impression to the case worker hence thin...
