My friend also went there yesterday and they re-booked his appointment on 13 April'2012 in two weeks time at the window.

and his visa expires next day.

you need to show your pay slip, dividends vouchers, your company management account quarterly (which provided by our accountant) and finally your bank statement to proof that you getting total income in your account monthly or quarterly

I got HSMP in April 2007 (2year) then extended tier 1 general in April 2009 ( 3yrs) my question is do i need to fill section 9 in Set O form?
