AN application for Citizenship, after marital separation

I & my (dependant) spouse and were granted ILR, and with the one year ILR complete we are both intersted in BC. [It was granted after my Tier 1 and required UK residency.] However although we are still legally married we have since separated and living apart. How might this effect BC application ...
