I have a quite similar case like yours. I have couple of questions. I hope you can help me on this.

1) Is its important to submit business bank statement? (I believe you applied as employee of limited company not as self employed).

2) And what do you mean by company accounts?

Tier 1 dependent's name change

Hi All,

After our marriage my wife has changed her surname with my name. She got her new passport with new name. I am going to apply for her Tier 1 dependent's visa. Is name change can cause any problem? Do i need to provide any other document in this regard?
