indian passport office usually issue police clearance certificate if you ask for one..thts thr one called pcc.

hi, my wife just got settlement visa from india and she is flying out on friday next week, does people at airport ask for pcc from india or not?? any help will be much appreciated. thanks.

could anyone advice me what should I be doing now as I still have not heard anything from BHC, and I am really worried, as all they are saying on the phone that the application is going through internal enquiries once that completed you will hear something, and I am not getting any reply from emails...

I am still waiting and finished 57 working days already, I am just so fed up now, emailed last night and received quick reply just asking me to be patient... Is there any direct contact to BHC or do we have to go through VFS. They are absolutely useless..

Hi, Huzaifa, When we applied in Nov, the list was showing 4.0 across the board, so I asked through whatdotheyknow, so one of the ukba official replied with confirmation that they only require listening and speaking above 4.0 for spouse visa. see the link I provided in previous post. and they clearly...

Hi, Techstar, could you tell us what she got in speaking?? because when I asked the info from them, for settlement they only look at two scores speaking and listening, and it has to be 4 or more. Hope that helps..

we applied from AHMEDABAD on 19th nov, so will probably hear some news in february.. My wife got the english classes in Jamnagar, Gujarat, and gone through IELTS exam.. Where about are you thinking of applying from??
