So, If this option is ticked which says I met the requirement for knowledge of life and language during settlement application after 28th October 2013, then no further language proof need to be sent? No further language proof needed. You need to send original LIUK test result document, though. But ...

No need to submit the test again. There is a tick box option that says English was already satisfied for ILR after 28 October 2013. Use this option. LIUK still required to be provided though. Thanks. I'm thinking to use my CEO as a professional referee, as he did refereeing in my son's passport application last year and we had no issues.

Hi members

Has any one submitted the EMD ESOL English language certificate as part of naturalisation process?

Last year EMDQ was in the news when a college in London used to sell the certificate for EMDQ.

Is it still accepted as a valid awarding body for ESOL entry level 3?
