Shouldn't be problem

If your points are removed on July 2012 then conviction should be spent and applying in dec shouldn't be problem. Guru need to confirm

Can someone really confirm the rule regarding the same amount of points? If I have to claim the same amount of points I will have to wait 12 months and show that many payslips. If I dont have to claim exact same points as last time then I can apply much earlier. I believe this case was only ...

Rajesh, What do mean by "HMRC Documentation". Is it becuase you have been a contractor? Thanks, majic It is employment history document which is available on request from HMRC for required period. It is beneficial if P60 is missing otherwise not needed. See sticky post about missing P60

Mixed response

Guidence rules clearly says that you should be able to score 75 from relevant table but I remember another applicant also shared same experience on this forum almost month ago.
I think it's really confusing and unfortunately depends on caseworker.

I got one year P60 missing out of work permit although has photo copy of it(HR sent later). Also I rang home office for employment history document for full five years which should come soon. Fingers crossed It should be ok
