Guys, Got a call from UKBA today morning to come and pick the passports and been told everything is OK. I applied at croydon PEO on 1st March 2012 and its been 40 days to get this message for a very straight forward application complete RIP-OFF.... I will post again once I receive our passports.......

I broke the 90 day rule I was outside at a stretch for about 170 days. I have provided all the evidence - employee letter giving all the relevant details of why I was out...etc..
But what I have seen or understood so far is its completely to the Caseworker's discretion....

Hello Seniors, Gurus, Sages, My current situation is that I applied for ILR on Feb 17th in person at Croydon PEO. As my absences were greater than 90 days during the last 5 years, PEO Caseworker issued a letter stating application is valid however, requires to be looked into by a Senior Case worker....

Did the complaints team advise you of their acknowledgement of the complaint letter and they will get back tro you in 20 days?

Hello all,

Could anyone advise based on their experience, how long does it take for UKBA to return documents back (passport and all evidences) once an application is withdrawn? Could we go and collect the documents directly from UKBA, hence avoiding delay through Postal service?

Hi ranga, I am sorry to hear about your case with regards to the ILR..your right about UKBA not showing any consistency in what they do....typically them....i still don't have any news.....did they give u a ring or did they send your passport by mail? Nope Ranga....nothing so far....I am just wondering...did anyone here get the letter for further enquiries and then got their passport within 3-4 weeks or was it only those who got a letter saying you need to provide further info.(like Employers Letter) who received it within this time frame...guys....
