Send a Letter and write your new Address, don't forget to quote your HO Case number/ID.

My question
Does it say anywhere in the LAW how long one needs to be in the UK before apply BC after returning from short holidays aboard. someone told me that you need to be in the UK 90days before applying for BC after a short visit aboard, how true is that?

1. Yes you can. You will have to provide evidence of residence since the date your passport expired. Yes, BRP PR since 06/2017. Many thanks. You will need more than the BRP to prove residence. Huh, examples please or would my P60/SA302 and my expired 5years RC 08/2017 be enough to prove my residence?
