rajesh_dwh,

You can technically apply when you have been in the uk for a period of 5 yrs from the date of last entry provided you do not have another absence of more than 450 days in those 5 years and also in the last year it should shouldn't be more than 90 days.

Re: earning requirement

I got a general question regarding earning in ILR the guidance says that you can show 12 consecutive months payslips out of 15 just before the application date. My Question is : if i can earn required earning points in 6 months then out of last 15 months can i show first 6 months payslips (hence th...

Re: ILR Application : Do I have to attach IT Return proofs?

Hi, I am in Tier-2 ICT visa currently and soon having ILR appointment. I was wondering if it's mandatory to attach IT return proofs for last 5 years or is it enough to attach P60s. I have seen list of documents from successful ILR posts..but nowhere I could see IT return proofs being mentioned; so ...

Sage: I should have been more explicit: I live in the UK and work from within the UK, i.e. I do all work remotely and do not have to go the office. And I do meet the residency requirements. The issue is that (1) the employment contract is for out-of-home work for a Ukrainian company, not a UK compa...

It will be difficult as per the current rules you can only be out of uk for 180 days in any year so if you haven't spent any time in the uk u won't be eligible for ILR. As per the rules exceptional circumstances can be considered however, work cannot be that reason. So as per my understanding you do...

Looks like they are not going to improve their services. Simply introduce more expensive premium and VIP (Std fee + £6000  ) services. The Standard service is still 6 months wait. Of course I would opt for VIP service. This is still available as super premium! They are planning to open a few...

True but if asked you can argue that you don't have p60s as you didn't think it was mandatory? I was asked even though I had p60s I argued as to why the CW wanted it and finally I won!

Re: Appeal decision interpretation - help?

HI, I appealed at First-tier Tribunal against the refusal of my ILR - the ground of appeal was not using discretion for my lengthy overseas stay for work to grant ILR.
