Re: Travel to India on Indian passport after British citizenship

Hi there, I am in the same situation as you all. I started completing the evisa form today. However, I am unsure about what to fill in the section 'Previous Visa/Currently valid Visa Details’. I have obviously visited India before but I can’t provide a visa number or a type of visa because I have al...

EEA Permanent residence date for AN form

[quote="guillaume_london"]Thank you for your answer. I am planning to apply using NCS but I am worried that the home office rejects my application as I have no evidence of when I received PR and following my call to the citizen advice it seems that they are rejecting some applications. Anyone having...

EU citizen minor -DCPR before naturalisation?

Hi,
Does my EU child have to hold a document showing permanent residence before naturalisation or does this only apply to adults? He was born in the UK but I (EU citizen) did not qualify for PR at the time of birth.
Thanks

Re: Application for PR or PR card: form EEA (PR) - UpToDate

I keep reading on this forum that people are receiving child benefit and I was under the impression that PR would not be granted if benefits were claimed and that inclu...

Re: What is a COA like?

COA is a letter containing the applicants name, address and case ID. I wouldn't call this a form of ID. Non-EEA citizens can also request their passport back. This does not automatically mean that the application is withdrawn. I requested our passports back (EU and non-EU national) and it was no pro...

EEA4 - MATERNITY LEAVE

Hi there, My husband (non EEA national) and I (EEA national) are expecting our first baby. I have been in continuous employment since early 2011. I understand that Statutory Maternity Pay is not considered public funds and will thus not affect his EEA4 application in a couple of years from now? Is t...
