Re: Missing NI number on ILR BRP Backside

NI Number on a BRP is only relevant to a Skilled Worker visa brp. It doesn't apply to other immigration routes or ILR BRPs.

Re: Skilled Worker Visa dependent Child ILR

You can't do that.

Your child only qualifies to apply for ilr when your spouse does. You cannot apply for the child before your spouse.

The skilled worker dependent rules prevent what you want to do.

Not sure what you meant by ILR Adult Relative. What exactly do you mean by self sponsorship?

There is no such category for skilled worker visa. You must have a licensed sponsoring employer.

Re: PBS Dependant visa extension - Tier 2

The application form or ihs form would have definitely asked for dates of either cos validity/expiry date or your visa expiry date. It is a mandatory field. We get this question of dates almost daily on the forum and the advice is the same all the time, ie put a date 3 years in the future to get the...

The uk doesn't use special characters for names and place names.

They use the English term/phrase/name.

Re: PBS Dependant visa extension - Tier 2

@vinny if they are ready to ask for payment, we will do it but it's their system that showed us that amount which we have paid. Wasn't our fault :( I already explained it is highly likely you put incorrect dates as end date in the form, ie cos or work end date. The form calculates what is payable b...

Re: Switching from T1 to skilled worker

If the sponsor has an undefined CoS and you meet all the requirements, it is quick to assign the cos to you, then you simply apply for your visa. If the company doesn't have a cos to assign, you might have a problem as new CoS allocation requests can take up 18 weeks for a company to get a cos befor...

Re: Application under process and is it advisable for Dependants to travel

can the dependents who have travel plans to India for vacation go before home office decision is received.
If there is no decision on their application by then, they cannot travel. If they do, their application will be considered withdrawn and you lose the fees paid.

1. No impact. 2. No impact. 3. You don't need an extension. The call centre is outsourced to a third party agency, you are NOT speaking to ukvi staff. The call centre gives out incorrect information all the time. A UK born child's has an entitlement to register as British. They do not need a visa to...

Re: Sending invoice while on student visa

Invoice for work you have done??

Your post isn't clear on what you are asking about.

You are allowed to work 20 hours per week in term time.

You are NOT allowed to be self employed, which is what invoicing for work done would be.

I am suspecting system is making a decision it based on the duration you have been in country as applicant stated they have been in country for 4 years 7 moths and at 4 years and 11 months they are eligible for ILR already? No it is not. ILR is a voluntary application and many don't apply. Ukvi don...

You also can apply for a Skilled Worker visa with the new employer - provided they're a licensed sponsor - and then apply for ILR in the future. Still need to wait for the approval before start working, but the response times for a SWV application are shorter than for ILR. Thanks for the advice. Sa...

Your current marriage won't be recognised by the uk as you were not free to marry your current wife. The uk does not support polygamy. Yes, they will have records that you sponsored a wife previously. You are also required to declare truthfully in the form if either of you have been married previous...
