Re: IT skilled worker visa to domiciliay care visa

What do you mean 'IT Skilled Worker Visa' exactly? There is no such named visa as you have stated. There is a Skilled Worker Visa or a ICT Visa.

Also, better for your friend to register on the forum and ask their own questions!

What were the errors/mistakes?

You could have just written a cover note to address if they were not fundamental.

Refunds can take a few weeks.

Re: Referees and Degree

Thanks for your reply contorted_svy. I asked on this thread because I had similar queries [#2 and #3]. I will create a different thread for NARIC and other things. It is considered rude to tag onto and hijack other members topics. It also creates confusion. I have split your query and merged with y...

Re: Passport - documents received

1. Wait another week or so. HMPO Centres receive applications and supporting documents in bulk, it takes a bit of time to work through the system. 2. You have applied shortly before a half term school holiday, which is always considered peak period as is the summer. It is usual for high volumes and ...

Re: If I withdraw my Naturalisation application, will there be any issue If I reapply later after a Year or So

1. If I withdraw my naturalisation application and make another application at later may be after 1 or 2 years, will there be any effect on that as I am going to withdraw my recently submitted application now? No. 2. Furthermore, after withdrawing my naturalisation application, I have to apply for ...

Re: British Nationality (Irish Citizens) Bill

Perhaps a silly question, but if one is an Irish citizen, isn't the English language requirement automatically satisfied by producing an Irish passport? Nice to waive the requirement, but it was automatically satisfied to my eyes already. Not all Irish citizens are Irish born. There are 1000's from...

If they were born abroad and you let their visas expire, of course they will be overstayer with no legal right to remain in the UK. That means no free NHS either and being charged at 150% of cost. There is no shortcut. They need ean extension with your wife. Who exactly gave you this "opionion&...

Re: Query reg MN1 registration for my non UK born child

Step parent is irrelevant in citizenship law. The child’s ability to register as British is solely based on his biological parent being successful at the same time.

Where is the childs mother? What evidence was used to obtain a visa for the child to live in the uk?

You mentioned that you were an EU/US citizen. Do you hold Irish citizenship? If you do, you can move to the UK and live in the UK with the same rights as a British citizen on your Irish passport.
OP is Italian.

If you want to use separate cards, you have to apply separately on separate forms.

If you all apply on one form, you only have the option to pay with one card

There is no other way to pay.

ILR and Citizenship are two completely separate applications with their own separate rules and laws and different departments and caseworker teams. Just because you have ILR, doesn't mean you can assume UKVI will 'look back at your file' for documents. You MUST submit what is asked for when you appl...
