Date of EC application is the date you pay the fees. If you have not been assigned a RCoS on that date, then it is possible that your EC application may be considered invalid ... as a Tier 2 EC application requires a valid RCoS to be associated with it. Thanks, yes, I know, but I understand they also should mention how they assessed my abilities to fill the post, such as degree if required and work experience, such as reference letter from previous employers. I guess they should mention it in the Sponsor's Note when they assign the CoS to me?
