I am happy to include my payslips and bank account statement as his sponsor but how do I prove ties with him to the HO as he is not my son or adopted son? Yes, that's my understanding...

Re: Visiting USA on ESTA and Arrest in past

Hi, I am a naturalized UK citizen and 6 years ago I was arrested for a criminal case of domestic violence. The allegation was slapping, (yes, false allegation of one slap and I was arrested). I was not at fault as the allegation was false. I maintained my innocence and the case went to trial and I ...

Re: PCN and British Nationality

I had two PCN and did not declare them and I still got my approval last week. This should not have any impact on the decision of your application if you declared PCN or not.

Good luck!

Re: September 2015 Naturalization Application TIMELINE ONLY

As British Citizenship is not a right but a privilege, they don't care and it costs money to implement. They should rather invest the money in more caseworkers to ensure they can meet the six months. Anyway, Off Topic ... With the amount of money HO gets in a year from different levels of applicati...

Re: September 2015 Naturalization Application TIMELINE ONLY

I am just sat here thinking, why would HO not put in place an application tracking system, where applicants can track on updates on their application. This will save a lot of applicants on waiting games as you would be able to track your application and know what stage it is with the HO and not both...
