I declared both PCN and even NCS guy copied PCN as well. I got my application approved with in 5 months.

I think it is possible. Usually people avoid to use Dr for phd but you can. Here is the wording what says about it. Just take email confirmation printout, me and others received letter quite and we had interview beforehand. I handed the email printout and mentioned letter was dispatched and not received, no issue. They have record and file and can check all details. Go ahead without worrying :)

I don't think it will impact ur application. Make sure you don't get another one. I had two PCN and declared it in extra info page. It is better to declare. It will have no effect on your application. Better to be on safe side. If you do not declare, they might consider it as deception. If you haven't been to court and paid in time, not too many PCNs. You are perfectly fine.

I had FPN for £100 which i paid in the same day. I think parking ticket is also a FPN. Is not it? Anyone have HO email address where i can make this query to? How about if someone submit his/her citizenship application, provide biometrics and then move out of UK for job or buisness. Will it have any effect on application process. Impact on the dependents visa or stay? Like in this case....

Finally got a reply from HO. My reconsideration has been successful after an 8-month battle. I can't believe that the HO employs such a an incompetent bunch of people (caseworkers), who don't even know the definition of a conviction/ non custodial sentence. Worse, the HO provides such a bad quality...
