Thanks Subba. if that's the only ref you have (it sounds like it might be a case ID number) then just use that one - it's not wrong to ...

How come surname / last name will be blank for someone ?

If the passport information is not correct then you better correct it.

or if you feel no details are missing in the passport then you should consult the VFS call centre and request for what to do ?

hope that helps.

It should be fine. provided not much difference. I always get my salary slip 2 days earlier ( i.e around 2 working days before the salary gets credited) than the actual credit date ( the actual credit date in my case is on the last working day of the month). I am going to attend my PEO appointment ...

How do we know the actual date of transaction?
Oh i thought of your application as in personal at PEO.

If it is by POST then as others suggest you can pay post order cheques etc if you have 50% of debit card transaction going through.

I guess it should be fine. But not sure if they get the same token as you. So as suggested above please call them and clarify before you attend at PEO.

Wish you good luck.

I do not think u will be able to get a PEO appointment by 1 st April, they normally get booked 42 days in advance . I think the best way is to post your application. Not necessarily. New slots are released usually around midnight for a period of up to 42 days in advance - and no more, and sometimes ...
