Hi,

Can you let us know how did you prove your absence without the old passport or is it not needed?

Thanks.
Raj.

I had my shares of absences and didn't provide any letter other than the work related absence from my present employee. I had some absences (work related and personal as well) with previous employer but didn't get...

Hi Keerthi,

Is there any time restriction before when the dependent had to submit SET O application after the main applicant got ILR in PEO?

It looks to be similar set of documents I would collect for my dependent application. The Fees is confusing for such only dependents application. All the best Keerthi.

Like going out of country for a family visit or a short trip to Europe ? Wouldn't it be difficult for an employer to provide a letter to vouch for a trip ...

IF PEO Reject ILR Application, what happens to the Fee paid?

Hi All, For PEO, if one had paid the ILR Fees and submitted the application and its rejected, would they refund the fees? I believe they won't refund but would like to know if anyone faced with such situation? The reason am asking is, as it looks like the PEO are taking the fees first and processing...

Hi, Year 3: 01 March 2011 - 28 Feb 2010 = 155 days - Paid in India - Tier 1 (General) Year 4: 01 March 2010 - 28 Feb 2009 = 66 days - Paid in India - Tier 1 (General) That's a nice way of splitting 200+ days outside UK. Guess the new rules really helped you. As HO is very picky about the unpaid abse...
