I am a British national married to non EU spouse who will complete his 5 years here in the UK with me next year in March and qualify for ILR. Will he be eligible to apply for British citizenship straight away after gaining ILR or will he have to wait for 12months?

The application is for my spouse. I was previously on a tier 2 when he was first granted his dependent visa. Now I am on an ILR. Yes it included health surcharge when we filled the application online for him. Is that correct

Thanks guys for the clarity on the form. I had a similar questions as well.

When we try and fill the application online the fee just for the dependent comes to £1900. That does not seem right. Can some one please clarify the fee and the NHS surcharge.

There is no 'ILR 'option to select, should I select Tier 2 instead.

I am putting together the documents for my husbands dependent visa. Do I need to send him tenancy agreement.
Will a future dated tennacy agreement work? It is dated 10 days prior to his intended date of travel.
