Spouse Visa extension - TB test required ?

Hi,

We will be applying for spouse visa extension FLR(M). My wife is continuously in UK since last 2.5 years with few holidays in India . Total holiday period is less than 3 months spread across 2.5 years. Does she need to undergo TB test ? Can you please help ?

She doesn't have UK degree. She studied in India. Thanks for the response. We will take A2 test now.

Hi,

I am applying for spouse visa on 4th Dec. Do I have to submit November's payslip as a proof ? I am expected to get my payslip after 28th and I will be flying to India before that. is there any discretion around this ? Please let me know if you need any details.

I entered PEO at 9:00 AM and finished at 1:30 PM .

In my case , I could not get employer letter for my WP absence, as I do not work with that employer anymore.
It was the only worrying bit with my application.
