Re: Travel outside UK for child (India passport and no UK vi

Hi from my experience. Your best bet to get child along with you is apply from child's dependent visa from India straight away. Even you get child's British registration before you leave for India, I doubt your child can travel on that. May be British immigration allow after some hassle but surely y...

Re: Child's MN1 applied and travel to India+ Child has UK Vi

Hello Gurus can you please suggest if there could be an issue at UK boarder. I got response back from VFS stating my child would be cover under 3 months grace period, so doesn't attract penalty if returned under 3 months.

Thanks for your time.

Re: mn1 application for uk born child from india or uk

I am not sure of many of your questions. But you mentioned in original post that can travel on visitor visa. So for that I tried for my daughter and got rejected so I had to apply dependent visa to bring her in UK. There is very little chance of getting visitor visa approved (I guess when some other...

Re: Can you travel on Indian Passport (ILR) expiring in 1 mo

Hi there, 1) Can I travel in Feb as long as I return before the expiry of the passport? Yes, it's fine. Normally for applying visa you need 6 months validity. But on your return apply for renewal of passport before it expires, otherwise HCL can give you some trouble:) 2) Has anybody else had any ex...

Re: Seeking advice on Tier 1 to ILR (self and wife)

1) Do I need to switch my wife from PBS Dependant to ILR Dependant, if I switch from Tier 1 General to ILR? She is not a doctor or a dentist. Yes when you switch visa your dependent needs to change correct visa accordingly as well. 2) I might not have all entry/exit stamps on my passport as I was r...

You don't need card to process payment in Cardiff PEo.
They will take information of your card from the application form.
So don't worry if you don't have card with you. They didn't look my card at all.
Not sure about Croydon PEO.

My question was more around the lines what will happy to her visa if i switched to ILR sooner.
I guess she is on dependent visa, in that case if you apply for ILR then her dependent visa will be invalid and would need to switch on ILR dependent.
