Re: Proof of 5 years residence

Alright, that is confusing as there is another question on the checklist to provide current BRP - which is BRP with ILR when you apply for naturalisation. I think they can do a better job at pooling the related information together from the same source of evidence. Thanks anyway, I will upload the d...

Re: Proof of 5 years residence

Sorry just realised another question from the document checklist.
What does it mean by, "Proof of freedom from immigration time restriction"? is this not same as proof of living in UK?
If not what evidence do I need to provide for this?

Re: Naturalisation after 12 months on ILR

Thank you for the prompt reply CR001. Since I am not time bound on ILR, do you think it is best to apply online anyway and pay the fees now? Will my application make any progress until i provide biometric? I was wondering that if I make application now and if this situation drags on for a long time,...

Re: Advice on filling form AN for naturalisation

I have few questions about making citizenship application using AN form. 1. My ILR was issued on 24 Apr 2019, so can I apply within 11 months or I have to wait until 24 Apr 2020 to complete the 12 months? 2. How critical is the information regarding previous HO applications, do I need to list all ap...

He applied on 29 Jan and got visa on 29 Mar and BRP on 01 Apr.

See phanidhar6039 on page 26 of timelines chat.

Re: ILR SET (O) - confirmation of documents

When I tried to book appointment at core centre for non core hours (only those are available) it ask me for additional £35 to include document checking service. I am assuming in the core service they only verify the copi...

Re: ILR SET M Refused due to no LIUK

Unfortunately this is expensive mistake but hopefully they should provide you with couple of weeks to sort out your test - which could be challenge in itself....
