Re: Tier 2 extension - employer cocked up

good you spotted the error in time and saved yourself a few hundred pounds as it would have been a straight forward rejection if a new soc code is used for an extension application. i think you can ask your employer to change the soc code on your cos through the sms system. not hundred percent sure ...

we did submit a letter from the employer confirming her weekly hours and job title etc. it might be a good idea to get another letter from the employer confirming her latest job and send it to the address you mentioned.

Re: Can I have Tier2 and EEA2 at the same time

can anyone give any clarification yet. it seems like a person who wants to make an application under the EEA family rules would need to send any BRP's held. this means in most probability, the BRP which i hold under tier 2 will not be returned to me.

ILR and PSW

Hi,
I am currently on a Tier 2 visa. I was on a 2 year PSW visa before that and worked full time paying tax and NI during the entire duration.
id there any way the two years of PSW will be counted towards the 5 year residency requirement to apply for ILR.

regards
Muhammad
