Re: ILR Fees 2017-2018

Handy Table below.

On a side note Nationality Fee has been reduced from £1236 to £1202, but £80 ceremony fee has now been included in the application fee making it £1282.

Re: Successful PEO/PSC ILR applications

Hi MMO and WRS, Congrats on the successful application!. If I may ask, what did you submit for English language proof, in case any of you had non-UK degree and used that earlier when original Tier 1 / Tier 2 applications. I went through the FAQs on English and some other comments in the forum - but...

Re: ILR - Previous Tier 1 Earnings split in 2 tax years

I did and I didn't have any issues during ILR. I think your dividend vouchers indicate the date when it was declared. As long as I think overall income in SA302 for that year is less than or equal to what was claimed UKVI should not have an issue. This way they can clearly distinguish if there was ...

Re: ILR for Tier 1 General - English test for main applicant

Yes, the Set(0) form isn't clear for English language proof for main applicants, however, I have known many tier 1 general migrants who have shown there previous IELTS certificates (used at the time of entry clearance) without any issues or objection.
