Re: AN application form - Have some doubts

Ok, thank you CR001. Appreciate your assistance.

One last question, would the HO accept statement of NI printed from HMRC online or should it be on HMRC letterhead?

Re: AN application form - Have some doubts

Wow, not a single person provided any clarifications Question 3 is moot now as I made the decision to defer my application to end March in order to fulfill the requirement of being physically present in the UK exactly 5 years back. I would really appreciate response on the first 2 questions above......

Re: Employment history missing with HMRC but have SA302

Hi OP If you already have SA302s from all the relevant past years then that should suffice. From my limited understanding and experience, as a Limited Company Director, you won't have any employment history registered with HMRC. I had a mix of both employment and limited company director in my past ...

Permanent Residence Card for ILR (Non-EU national)

All I am not certain if this the right thread to post this query. I had recently secured my ILR (Tier 1 General before) and 2 of my children born here got their UK passports. We are planning a trip to Europe and I looked up some of the countries where it said holders of Permanent Resident cards get ...

Re: Absence from uk, applying for ILR

Aparva
That should be fine. I don't see any issues with it.

I had nearly 170 days absence over 5 years and I didn't provide any evidence for them. I simply gave the breakdown and left it at that.

Best wishes to you!

Re: Personal tax of £5000 not declared for year 2010-11

@gsr3072 It looks like you have got the PAYE history from HMRC which includes all your income for past years. The £5000 will not appear in that statement because it has been filed under Self Assessment. You should request the SA302 for your past years from HMRC and I am certain the £5000 will show u...

Re: ILR PAYE PAYMENTS MISSING FROM SA302 Statements

@SS99 Kindly call up HMRC and ask for your PAYE statements for the past 5 years. It is quite possible that your PAYE payments appear in a separate statement. I went through something similar where I had SA302 when it should have been PAYE. I am certain your history will show up in the PAYE statement...

Appreciate the fact that there are other categories that use premium services. I was just wondering out loud, in surprise, that the volume is huge to justify a potential new centre.

New PSC at Victoria, London

All I received a survey questionnaire from UKVI on their performance, fees and such. Towards the end, there was a question about how likely I will be to pay £500 on top of the application fee for a premium service centre in Victoria, London. Apparently, they are looking at the option of opening an a...

Re: Dividends and Tax

UKTAN As everyone concerned seemed to have missed that "urgent money", it is no skin of HO's teeth if there are other transactions on your company's account. They will only look out for what you have declared as dividend and salary and identify those transactions in your bank statements. With regard...

Re: Advise for Tax documents for last 5 years for Tier 1 gen

@nut_cracker18
If you have all your tax status in good order, then you can include the SA302 and P60s as additional documents. I don't believe they are mandatory.

Best wishes for a successful outcome!
