One of my friend also went to no visa no fee for visa extension, the fee was deducted before the visa was issued. If the visa was refused, I would not have thought they would have given the money back.

You can complain to Solicitors Regulation Authority. It is misleading.

hi, when did you book it? I booked couple of weeks ago. It did not appear in my account and called them and they confirmed that it has been booked. They do have access. I do not know why they are saying that.

What if you apply within 28 days after your visa expired but when new visa is issued (extended) it will be more than 28 days as determination time may take a while.
