Hi, as confirmed by Amber you can apply for the US visa and travel on your old Pakistani Passport but there maybe implications in future when you will try to apply for US VISA on your British Passport using ESTA. Both are ok. With Statement of Comparability from UK NARIC you will still have to submit original letter from Uni confirming medium of instruction was English. With English Language Assessment from UK NARIC you are not required to submit letter from Uni; but you should keep it handy just in case.. S...

No, didn't provide P60s. (had them handy but they didn't ask for P60s). Only submitted salary slips and bank statement for 12 months.

sorry for delayed reply...your question was correctly answered that you don't need to mention the names of your kids (born in UK) on SET (O) form if you are not including them on your ILR application.

Hi guys,
I have similar situation, planning to apply for ILR at PEO in March 2014 and passport expires in Aug 2014, so less than 6 months validity at the time of application.
Any official link confirming about validity of passport please?
