I spoke with local immigration office 9th of August and they told me my application is under consideration, and wait until end of the month and give them call if i do not hear any news.

Well, this is the 3rd refusal this week. I received the reply yesterday and got refused. I really didn't expect this at all. I have received biometric invitation in just 16 days even quicker then your one. Its does not mean any thing.. Until caseworker decide the application. :)

Can you explain bit more,
Why your ILR application was refused ?
Did you do your bio metric before refusal decisions ?
When you done your last bio metric ? (Is it 2nd time for same application ?)
