Anything which binds you to a Specific schedule is considered employment by home office with this statement in policy guidance I seriously doubt if it's allowed

Is it safe to say 630 maintained over 90 days is enougo for one dependent to apply from outside UK where the main applicant has been in the UK in tier 1 category for more than 12 months?

As far as I understand all employment can be proved even in third year of your present stay. terminate employees and hire them back when its beginning of the third year, that would suffice all the requirements. I think there's no harm in this consult your legal adviser or the accountant.[/i]

My application was returned when I applied with debit card, HSBC declined the transaction for some odd reason

Hi,

I had submitted my bank statements printed on Bank letter head from HSBC and they were accepted. Although I had asked the case worker to email me in case she need to see the originals.

These were the statement to prove my maintenance funds of 900

All cities he mentioned saying impossible for business in 50K belong to countries which are literally corrupt and are more in hands of politicians than ENTREPRENEURS! LOL
