Yes, money was not maintained it was there for one week intially when he applied and when he got query his uncle added balance and issued letter from bank mentioned applicants name, mistake in letter was his name was not printed on letter from how he described there was no query sent to bank I guess...

Yes unless you are unlucky like one of the other member whose application was returned as it was invalid as the fee debit by home office was not honored by the bank... hope this is explanatory

Its been answered, yes you can but you cant possibly claim any points while extending your stay as Entrepreneur... in case if the main business fails or closes down which is level 4 and above, this is just my understanding wait for experts advise

The payment sometimes goes after a few days, has happened a lot of times, if you can check the available balance on your account, if that is less the fee think its being processed.... or better call them... all the best

Best examples of contract are PC worlds invoice post repair, Apple computers invoice post repair if you read carefully it says please read terms on the back side of this invoice, thats all they want really. Amend it according to your own requirements and job done! Any experts advice on this please?

I would assume your previous Visa regulations would apply until you get your approval as Tier 1 Entrepreneur.
