Re: Tax Credits/Child Benefit affet FLR(M)?

Hi everyone... Just double checking one thing.... From my understanding, claiming tax credits and child benefit will not have a bad effect when making my partner's FLR(M)/SET(M) application right? If anything, it will be a good thing as I'll have extra income for the maintenance requirement in the ...

Re: 28 days rule

And is anyone else able to say anything about the 28 day rule? I think this just a myth . My personal suggestion would be to email UKBApublicenquiries@UKBA.gsi.gov.uk and request details regarding this switching within 28 days rule. I'd suggest you to see if you can succeed to get your partner's SE...

Re: wife got ILR

I would suggest if u want to apply for FLR(M) of ur wife in PEO and try ur luck for SET(M) or SET(O) then book appointment only for Croydon as 6th April is already gone, so the only chance is in croydon. other PEOs r nothing more than crap. as Sheffield did not gave me Set(M) even before 6th April....

Great news stoorey!!! Congrats!!! When you say Tier 1 g, do you mean PSW? And was it this Thursday 11th? It seems to go against what's been said with regards to the changes last 6th of April. Unless I misunderstood things... As I've just discussed at length in the previous post my wife's currently ...

MN1 Timeline

Hi everyone.

Just a couple of questions...

From what I see on average it takes 1 month for them to process an MN1 application right?

And secondly, with regards to children born in the UK to parent(s) who are now settled, you only need one parent right? Just got my ILR today!!!

Thanks

FLR(M) Maintenance (old rules)

Also, does anyone know when these "Transitional Provisions" regarding PBS dependants were published? Were they published before July 9 2012?

Thanks again...

@elcanja, In addition to above, every person whether minor or adult, needs a travel document to travel abroad, regardless of their birth status. A British person can not come into the UK unless he/she produces a British Passport at the borders. Also your child cannot travel out side the country wit...
