Deena it has been less than 11 weeks since you applied and there has been 3 bank holidays during that time. If you look at the processing times on the ukba website you will see that they aim to decide 95% of applications within 12 weeks and 100% within 24 weeks. You need to be patient and wait a ...

It may say 'a minimum of 40 days'...meaning no sooner than 40 days...but applications made in India often take 3 months or more to process. could anybody tell the processing time for the settlement dependant visa?? The average processing times are available on the UKBA site. You would need to enter the name of the location where you applied. Thank u!! i checked, it says minimum of 40 working days but scared wat if it exceeds 40 days:-(
