What visa exactly does your wife hold? Is it ilr or a spouse visa? ILR Visa

Father: British Passport Via Naturalisation
Mother: ILR Visa
Son: PBS Dependent Visa. Born out side UK.

Hi Team,

Could you please provide advice regarding Non UK Born Child British Citizenship.

My Son 6yrs Age born in outside UK and Father has British Citizen ship via Naturalisation and Mother has ILR VISA. Can we apply directly Naturalisation for my Son without applying ILR ?

How old is the child? Did the child get an entry clearance visa with your wife in 2014 when she returned to the UK? If yes, then the child follows the same path as the mother. I have checked with VFS hyd office, They mentioned that from 17 march only SMS tracking available.
There is no Web tracking.

As per the below discussion, I will get 2nd extension for 3 years. If that is correct 1 extension is enough for me
