Tried reaching UKBA for the biometrics letter and no one is responding to the call. I am not sure what further action to take.

I checked with the post office and still my postal order is not cashed not sure what UKBA is upto.

There was a quote that we can contact the UKBA if our application is pending for more than 4 weeks does anyone know what is that number?

I have applied on April 3rd and have not received the acknowledgement as well. Its quite annoying and worrying.
