Hello I was you i will contact them and advsie them that you have not recieved bio letter. royal mail is nightmare and well known to misplace the letters I applied in March and got acknowledge letter on 22/03/2012. But I haven't received my biometric notification letter yet . its about 3.5 months!!!...
