Dear Marcnath, Please correct me maybe i am missing out

How will this new rule affect the OP as he seems to be main applicant?

As i can only find under new rules ( 10/1/18) for dependent who are seeking settlement application have to abide by of 180 days rule. Is this correct?

Transitional Arrangements Tier 1E ILR

Dear Marcnath,
Just a question in relation to this.

Tier 1 ent pre April 2014

Can the applicant meet job creation if he has 4 full time employments for 5 months.

As I'm confused as everywhere in the policy it says job should exist for atleast 12 months.

Thanks
