Spouse Visa - 10 year route queries

Hi all, Hope you're well and safe. I have a couple of queries about my spouse's upcoming immigration application. My wife will legally complete her 10 years in the UK soon. I am a British national and she's currently on a dependent/spouse visa until 2023 and a Bangladeshi national. My queries are: 1...

Re: Return of BRP but passport office needs to see it!!

Re: Tier2 to ILR , Salary hiked 1 week before application

You should be on that new salary for at least, and I repeat at least 6 months before applying for ILR. They will then ask for your payslips for the past six months to verify that your...

Re: Tier 2 to ILR checklist

I believe that if you are relying on other people such as family or friends to help you financially, you need to provide 3 months worth of statements (including the other people who are helping you). Otherwise it is your latest payslip and bank statement (see Section 12C). I can only fathom that pe...

Re: Tier 2 to ILR checklist

UKVI does only mandate the latest payslip and bank statement. Why people tend to take 3 months payslip and bank statement? I double checked on the Set(O) form 7/2018. Am I missing a trick here?

You need to check whether this was the case for you Zimba, thank you (again) for confi...
