hey everyone any news on appeals, we had good news this week we had a call from embassy granting us the visa :).....it was very unexpected as they told us at least the end of August my husband will take his passport to be stamped tomorrow at last this nightmare is over and we can live our lives ...

Hi has anybody heard anything about there appeal ??....we have now waited 21 weeks and still no news .....they say we have another 5 weeks yet if there is no decision it will go to a court hearing. J ust wondered if anyone is in the same position as you never hear anybody talk about appeals !!!!!

Ahh to be honest I've seen people refused for so many things , then other people have been accepted for the same things so sometimes I think its just what person u get deciding, we are just living in hope that its dealt with soon as its awful being forced apart this has been going onn since november ...

we are into the 19th week of our appeal now which is being processed in cairo embassy, we have a deadline of 21st august which was actully 26 weeks processing time, do u think the delay there having now will affect appeals to as we already waited so long

hi our appeals been in 16 weeks and we just received the acknowledgement letter yesterday to say the ecm has until the 31st august to overturn the decision so basically we have another 10 weeks this is awful im hoping its resolved before then as i cant bear being apart from my husband :(......hows ...
