Looking for some tips to help get an appointment as I'm struggling to find any available slots. Need to do passport surrender as well oci. I have been checking at random times everyday but no luck so far. if you can share anything that worked for you, it would be greatly appreciated.

Just received a call from PEO to inform us that ILR has been granted and the dcouments will be posted.So they did act as they said.

Hi, We had an appointment at Solihull PEO y'day for ILR.Our appointment was at 9:50 and we were there at 9:00.The case was registered and biometrics was taken before 9:30 and we were told to go out and wait for their call.Everything until this point went fine and we went to the town centre and wait...

Well that topic is specifically for applications deferred where further checks were required or additional documents were required.I did go through that before I posted.This is a case where they couldn't process the application due to problem with the systems they use.

I would really be interested to know if anyone else had a similar experience and how long it took for them to finally get the decision?

My friend lost his BRP while he was in India and got a single entry visa to return to Uk.Upon arrival his emplyer says he cannot work until he gets the replacement Visa which, from what i see here, could take upto 6 months.He is not in a position to support himself without a job for 6 months.It jus...

The employer do have a copy of orginal BRP.Since the BRP was lost outside of UK , he had to apply for a single entry BRp replacement Visa that allows him to return to UK.There is no premium service for BRP RC.

My friend's employer is refusing to continue his contract as he lost his BRP and according to them his temporary one time entry visa overrides his right to work.Is there anything one can do about this?Is there a premium service for BRP replacement card?Any sugegstions please.
