1. Is the IP of your work computer a fixed public IP? If so, what is it? If not, reboot the network switch connecting your office network to Internet. If problem persists, it is a issue at your end. Got the same problem... Phone ip is showing blocked when using my 3G network(giff gaff). Works fine when using wifi.

The HO have published a new version of the AN form today, where this requirement is now mentioned. There is an option to either allow the HO to retain your BRP at the time of the application or for the applicant to return it within 5 days of their ceremony. Also, they haven't mentioned about the timeframe of this enforcement. I mean, not a lot of previous applicants will go back to the website to check this announcement. They should have said something like, from this date forward all applicants getting their citizenship should send the biometric card ...

Thank you all for advice. I have read the FAQ and did the PBS where he gets 10 points for his degree which meant that his qualifications is recognised.
