I don't know precisely about your situation. You need to be economically active at the time of ILR application. You need to prove this by supplying last 3 month payslips on the date of application. If you are eligible now for ILR, you should use one of agents and get it done immediately. If the casew...

As far as I understand, they perform a credit check on everybody to establish identity and address. for last 3 years. It is not a random process. But being on public electoral register is important. Are you registered in electoral register ? If yes what kind of register ? (Edited or public). If you are registered atleast for council tax, this issue shouldn't arise. People live in shared accomodation and don't have any credit history (like paying bills or council tax or mortages) face this issue...

No you can't. You can only get PIO. To get OCI , parents need to hold foreign passport.

Read the below
"However, minor children, whose both parents are Indian citizens, are not eligible for OCI"

Hope this helps.

It looks like caseworker who granted ILR should add a note saying that your are eligible for refund so that your refund will be processed automatically.Otherwise you won't get anything. this is for persons who applied ILR under HSMP JR. You need to find out this by calling Home office. " No notes me...
