1 Any one can collect the brp and u must be sure that they will handover it to you .
2. The final thing is u receiving the brp, after that u are free and u dont need to do anything

Dude do you know about royal mail tracking service

Normally they will deliver at morning. But it also depends on your area. If you take our area both the DX and the royal mail will deliver at mornig around 10
