But it doesn't say if I should do it before or after the biometrics. Do you know?

Hi, I am trying to book an appointment to get my son's biometrics, but it says he doesn't need to give his fingerprints. So the cheapest fee I found is £75 ... the free appointments are gone. I have been waiting for the BIO letter request for 8 weeks now and I've read hear that some people contacted UK Visa by email about it. I can't find an email to send. Can anyone let me know what's the contact email?
