Thanks chriskv1 for you response! Do you just beleve that is enough or is that definately acceptable to UKBA because I dont want to apply and be told to go get the residence card on the new passport and then apply for PR it be too much time wasted just want to be sure guys hope more definate experei...

What kind of evidence I have a photocopies if my passport which includes my residence card covering that time period would that suffice ?

Yes my wife´s boss Accountant said this are printed from Hmrc data base and was told it was only introduced in 2011 to save the environment or something she said. so good that they will accept this without any problem... my doubt was I remember reading somewhere copy...
