Passport Countersignature - when

Hello,

I am planning to apply for my British passport after the ceremony (on 9th Oct).

I've already filled the form and got it signed by the countersignatory on 18th Aug.

Will there be a problem that the the countersignatory signed it a 1.5 months ago? or is it fine?

My countersignatory has filled "Ministry of Religion" instead of "Minister of Religion" in the section.

Is this ok? Or do I need to get him fill and sign a new form?
