Re: 2 questions regarding Life in the UK examination

I took my Life in the UK test March 2016. I did answer all questions once, then I went back to each question to check the answers. Some of those questions were new to me, So I had to guess the answers. But, I did get plenty of time to review my answers and change the answer if needed.

Re: Which PEO Centre and What date to book for ILR variation

As your passport and other documents are with the HO, your application won't be decided on the day unless you are able to persuade the Case Worker currently handling your FLR(FP) application to forward them to the PSC in time for your appointment. Why was your Tier 1 Entrepreneur application refuse...

Re: Which PEO Centre and What date to book for ILR variation

While waiting for your suggestions, I have another question. I have sent my Bsc original Degree with FLR fp application. At the premium center, should I just tell them that my transcript is with Home office already, or should I request to get my file transferred for my appointment?

Re: Tier 1 (Ent) Extension refused, still 3months gap for 10

I thought I had provided detailed info about my case, but I think I can provide a more detailed situation. I was first granted student visa on 14th oct 2006. My first entry date was 16th Oct 2006. I had 3 student extensions before I was granted PSW in Oct 2010. During that time I had completed my BS...

Re: Tier 1 (Ent) Extension refused, still 3months gap for 10

Thanks for your reply Noajthan.

I applied for AR on 14 day which was 21nd June. Even AR was refused on 1st of July. Which was a bit faster than I expected.

What would be your suggestions about future plan? I can see that my situation is really tricky at this stage.

Thanks in Advance

Re: URGENT 3 Months Short of ILR for 10 Years long residancy

I meant passport, not driving licence. It depends, if by the time the application is processed, the Applicant has reached 10 years, but for 28 days, the application should be considered. I have spoken to a couple of solicitors specifically about this point. They gave totally different answers. One ...

Re: FLR(FP) application

Hi haris_zam, Its a pity how these solicitors play with peoples future. I had been to my solicitors. Although they are genuine but they cost me a fortune to vary my FLR(FP) file to SET(LR). To be honest SET(LR) file is much more straightforward and easier to fill when compared to FLR(FP). My recomm...
