You are applying under UK immigration rules, not EU rules.
Thanks you all :)

Re: Successful PEO/PSC ILR applications

Hi tier1reading,

Please can you confirm if you just used SET (O) for yourself and the dependents in your recent application.

Hi, yes I used one set(o) form for all 3 of us. Version used 04/05 and had paid old fee.

Re: ILR-Islamic Calender Dates- No exit Date at UK

The safest option is to check your emails for the flight tickets and get the dates from that.

If that is not possible then use this Hijri to Gregorian converter
http://www.islamicfinder.org/dateConversion.php

But I can't guarantee how accurate this calculator is.

Re: Tier 2 (General) Dependant - Eligible for ILR ?

Thank you very much for your reply No my partner applied after 9th of July (first week of August). Can you please suggest if the FLR can be applied at the same time along with my ILR (same day appointment Premium service) or I have to go first get my ILR status and then apply for FLR for my partner...

Re: Tier 2 (General) Dependant - Eligible for ILR ?

This depends on which date the dependent applied for visa. Did the dependent applied before 9th July 2012 ? If so, she is eligible otherwise she has to go for FLR.
