Hello all I got fixed plenty no insurance in November 2014 and got 6 points ..not from court. In form I m bit confused where have to mention... In 3.2 or 3.4 And is it ok if apply now.in Thanks 3.1 and 3.4, marked as NO because these are not convictions. Add this information or any other fix penalt...

If you are convicted from court then its 3 years from the date of conviction. If not convicted by court and then it won't affect the application

I applied in March and got acknowledge letter on 22/03/2012.

But I haven't received my biometric notification letter yet. its about 3.5 months!!!!!!

I am so worried and really don't know what to do.

Can someone guide me?

No Biometric Required!!!!! I just checked the recent guidance for Long Residence . On page 4 its mentioned that no biometric required if you apply within UK. My doubt is that if they consider my wife application after decision on my application, by then the 9th July will be well passed.

So would they count the date they started to process my wife application or they date I post?

Seems like I am trying to be bit cheeky ;-)

ILR not granted yet butcan apply for FLR(M)

Can someone just advice me? I have applied ILR on the basis of 10 years rule on 23 March 2012. I had PSW visa before which was expiring on 27th July 2012. I am still waiting even for Biometric Notification letter!!!! Anyway, my wife and my UK born daughter are my dependent and their visa is expiring...
